Was the highest ranked (69 out of the highest rank of 79) medium size gas grill on Consumer Reports at a price I could afford.
Non-secured box left movement marks on the cover.
More lightweight (flimsy) cardboard for a box of parts. Shows bent sides and minor damage even though it was inside the other box.
Slightly bent part. Note that it did not affect assembly.
Bent part I had to straighten out. Easy to do.
Assembly proceeds smoothly. Is that enough weld?
It is very nice that the needed tools (a screwdriver and two wrenches) are included.
Assembly complete. All in all it was not difficult to put together.
Unpacking it was the most difficult step of assembly.
There are some very nice touches to this grill: the snap-back push buttons on the legs, the tools included; cast iron grates, thermometer on the lid, bottle opener on left shelf, side burner.
Now to to give it a test cookout!
