Apparently these kids do not know what a sidewalk is for.

Sidewalks exist for a reason.

It is over on the left in the picture.  It is that four foot wide strip of concrete just off the road. Sidewalks are a MUCH SAFER place to walk.

Are these kids that lacking of basic knowledge? 

Do their parents know this is how they walk to/from school?

Did their parents FAIL to teach this basic safety knowledge?

What about the school?  What about the Village?
