Cabin Rental Frustration!

We are still looking for a vacation place. Finding ”false advertising” on the rates because of the dang blasted FEES. Tax is expected, not liked, but expected.

Picture is for a place advertised at 99$ a night, any night. That is the absolute highest I am willing to go per night for a cabin near Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Why then is a 5 night rental quote over 700$?

FEES! Otherwise know as another way to rip off the renter. Hey internet rental sites, FEES SUCK!

Airlines now advertise the actual rate. Even after taxes! Why don't you?

AFFORDABLE Log Cabin Wanted for Vacation

WOW! It is hard to find an AFFORDABLE cabin to rent for a small family vacation in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Tennessee area! We just need a 2 bed/2 bath,kitchen, family/great room, place. We want one with a mountain view, a pool table, and WiFi.

It is actually EASY to find the cabins online. The HARD part is finding an AFFORDABLE one! That would be one under 100$ a night. We paid that much to stay oceanfront on the Gulf of Mexico in Florida the last couple of years. Maybe we should go back there?
